HOW MUCH DEPOSIT DO I NEED?

This very much depends on your personal circumstances both with credit score, affordability, type of purchase, your individual circumstances. The minimum deposit required for a residential purchase is 5% of the purchase price. Buy to let purchases tend to be upwards of 20% of the purchase price.

HOW MUCH CAN I BORROW?

This is a great question! The majority of banks and building societies will use an affordability calculator to determine your borrowing capacity. This includes a number of factors including assessing income, outgoings, financial dependents, the list goes on. A mortgage is a major financial commitment! DO YOU CHARGE A FEE?

We are getting a lot of clients approach us after reaching out to brokers with no fee to try and save some a little bit of money. Their feedback being, that these brokers are not returning calls, or are providing a slow service. We charge because you are paying for a service – which we pride ourselves on!
